We can ship to anywhere in the world. We can arrange courier transportation for you and the associated costs are to be paid by the receiver. We opt to send all our parcels tracked and insured. Your dress will come in a dress cover and then in a suitable packaging for transport. We aim to use as little packing material as possible to minimize waste.

It is a rare event but the dress can be returned under strict guidelines.

If the dress is a design I carry and the design has not been altered in any way then a return can be granted. The dress must be returned in original packaging with no evidence of wearing, smells, tan, makeup or marks of any kind. The dress must be returned within 28 days of receiving it.

50% restocking charge is applied to each return without exception.

If the dress has been designed specifically for you then the dress cannot be returned.
