At Mizz Rio Bridal, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. As a bespoke wedding dress shop, we create customized dresses tailored to your preferences and specifications. We understand that bespoke items are unique, and we strive to align every aspect of your perfect dress with our strict quality standards.

However, we also recognize that situations may arise in which you need to return your dress. Therefore, we have outlined our refund policy below.

Refund Eligibility:

1. A partial refund may be issued if the dress does not meet the agreed specifications, or if there were unforeseen errors during the manufacturing process and these errors cannot be rectified locally.

2. A partial refund may be issued if there is significant damage to the dress upon arrival such as tears, stains or other issues that cannot be rectified.

Refund Process:

Please note that we do not accept returns on orders that have already been shipped or
delivered, as our dresses are custom made for each customer. We highly recommend ensuring that your measurements are accurate before placing your
order.

Your deposit is non-refundable and will be required before we begin work on creating your wedding dress, which will be applied towards the final price of the dress.

We understand that your circumstances may change and that you may decide on a different look for your wedding. This is not grounds for a refund.
