Made for you

Every Mizz Rio piece is designed in Dublin and made to order for each bride. Because your piece is made to your individual body measurements or your specifications, we are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges. Please check all details on your order carefully before paying your deposit.

Shipping

• Ireland: free standard delivery, typically 3–7 business days once your piece is ready for dispatch.
• UK and international: shipping is quoted per order and agreed with you before dispatch. Any duties or taxes in your country are the customer's responsibility.

You'll receive an email with tracking details when your order is on its way.

Quality and fit

Every piece is checked before it leaves the studio. Please try yours on as soon as it arrives. If there is a problem with the fit or finish, email hello@mizzrio.ie within 7 days of receiving it. If it's a genuine manufacturing fault, Mizz Rio will cover the necessary repairs or alterations.

Design changes

If you change your design after ordering, you'll pay any difference in price. If the new design costs less, you'll receive a credit note.

Cancellations

Cancellations made within 30 days of ordering carry a fee of €500, which covers administration, materials, pre-production and pattern preparation. After 30 days, orders cannot be cancelled and the full quoted value of your order is payable.
