Terms of Service

These terms apply to all orders placed with Mizz Rio, Unit 1, Giai Cottage, Grange, Ballyboughal, Co. Dublin, A41 PR90, Ireland. By placing an order or paying a deposit, you agree to these terms.

1. Your order
Every Mizz Rio piece is designed in Dublin by Mags Morgan and made to order by our specialist production partners. Wearable pieces are made to your individual body measurements. Other pieces, such as veils, capes and accessories, are made to your specifications. Your order is confirmed once we have received your deposit and agreed the design, measurements and price with you in writing.

2. Deposits and payment
A deposit of 50% is required to begin your order. The balance is due when the item arrives in.  We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. Prices may change without notice, but the price agreed on your confirmed order will not change unless you change your design.

3. Measurements and fittings
Your piece is made to the measurements taken or confirmed with Mags. Please tell us as soon as possible if your measurements are likely to change. Fittings are arranged close to your wedding date so the final fit reflects your body at that time. For full bridal looks, we recommend ordering 12–18 months before your wedding.

4. Design changes
If you change your design after ordering, you’ll pay any difference in price. If the new design costs less, you’ll receive a credit note.

5. Cancellations
Cancellations made within 30 days of ordering carry a fee of €500, which covers administration, materials, pre-production and pattern preparation. After 30 days, orders cannot be cancelled and the full quoted value of your order is payable.

6. Refunds and returns
Because every piece is made to order for you, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. If there is a problem with the fit or finish, please email hello@mizzrio.ie within 7 days of receiving your piece. If it’s a genuine manufacturing fault, Mizz Rio will cover the necessary repairs or alterations.

7. Shipping, duties and taxes
Delivery within Ireland is free. Shipping to the UK and other countries is quoted per order and agreed with you before dispatch. Any import duties, taxes or bank charges in your country are the customer’s responsibility.

8. Our right to decline an order
Mizz Rio may decline an order at any time. If we cancel an order, we will contact you and refund any payments you have made.

9. Personal use
Our pieces are sold for personal use, not for resale.

10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. Except where the law does not allow it, Mizz Rio is not liable for any indirect loss arising from your order.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
